Serves 6
Ina blender combine a 6 oz. pkg. chocolate bits, 3/4 cup scalded milk, 2 eggs, 3 T hot espresso & 1-2 T orange flavored liqueur or dark rum & blend mixture at high speed for 1 1/2 mins. (Add 2/3 cup chopped walnuts & blend 30 seconds longer). Pour mousse into 6 ramekins & chill for 3 hrs or until set.
