1 large spinach leaf on each
1/4 Boursin round roll - toothpick (roll in chopped walnuts)
Glass baking dish
350 deg - 1/2 hr covered
Small frying pan
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup rasberry vinagrette
1 pat butter
Cook down to 1/2, stir in butter. Remove chicken, pour over vinagrette- serve.
